• The Elizabeth School was built in Lak 62, in western Cambodia through the work of the Cambodia Outreach Program. The areas around this school have been the focus of the Dallas Landmine Removal Campaign efforts.
  • Most of the area around the school have gone unused, in large part due to the large amount of landmines that litter this part of Cambodia.
  • June, 2004. A large school (foreground) is now being erected on previously unused land. This school will compliment the existing Elizabeth School and allow more children from the surrounding area to receive an education.
  • Other development in the area includes the building of new homes as well as increased lands for the raising of livestock.
